Team Manager/Team Rep: Melissa Monroe
- Attend MSSL league meetings, work with head coach, compiles team roster on Hy-Tek Team Manager, coordinate committee chairs and coordinators, & conducts new parent orientation, Select team suit

Assistant Manager: OPEN
- Work with Manager, takes notes at team committee meetings, in charge of end-of-season banquet/party and games

Treasurer: OPEN
- Collect registration and fundraising money, in charge of team funds—expenses and keeping checking account balanced

Concessions: OPEN
- Operates concession stand by deciding what will be sold, how much to charge, ordering and purchasing items to be sold, working the stand at home meets

Ribbons: OPEN
- Affixes their team’s labels onto the backs of the appropriate place ribbons after the meet and distributes to swimmers at the next practice with a small treat.

Volunteer Coordinator: OPEN
- Has the list of volunteers for that meet and checks in all volunteers and reminds them of their job. Contacts those who have not signed up to volunteer.

Scorekeeper: OPEN
- ATTENDS THE SOFTWARE CLINIC FOR NEW VOLUNTEERS May be asked to merge meet entries from the home and visiting teams for any home meet. May create a master meet program to be reproduced for the meet. During the meet uses Meet Manager and Dolphin software to capture the time files for each heat/event, prints ribbon labels by team at the end of the meet, and prints the official score sheets at the meet’s end. At the meet’s end, scorekeeper secures the referee and head coach’s signature on the official score sheet to be filed with the league. He/she or the team rep e-mails the scanned and signed score sheet to the MSSL webmaster. He/she downloads the meet results onto the visiting and host team’s flash drive, or e-mails a copy of the meet to the visiting team the next morning.

Head Swimmer Check in: OPEN

Checks in swimmers and helps parents to label swimmers with name and event/heat/lane. Checks in with team rep 10 minutes before warm up to notify of missing swimmers.

Additional Swim Team Positions

Meet Ref & Starter: OPEN
- A two-year veteran certified (league,USA,TISCA) judge. He/she runs the meet, serves as take-off judge, calls swimmers to the blocks using the whistle procedure, resolves disputes, & can disqualify any swimmer from anywhere in the pool area.
- Serves as a take-off and finish judge, announces each event, and sounds the official starting signal which works the start/stop button for the Dolphin stopwatches.

Stroke and Turn Judges: OPEN
- Walks along side the pool to inspect strokes in his/her half of the pool lanes, and can disqualify a swimmer based on his stroke or turn/finish at the wall

Head Ready Bench: OPEN
- Uses the heat sheets to call swimmer’s names to line them up to go to the ready bench staging area.

Team Area: Parent Volunteers
- Helps keep swimmers in designated area and under control, helped Head Ready Bench person line the swimmers up for events.

Assistant Scorekeeper: OPEN
- Learns by helping the head scorekeeper during home meets. Is a backup
- Sponsorship/Fundraiser Coordinator: OPEN

T-shirt and Sponsor Banner Coordinator: Melissa Monroe
- Works on the design of the shirt and sponsor banner. Must get approval from Team Rep before okaying it. The team contact person for ordering and getting logos in for the team shirts and sponsor banner.
