Swimmers are ages 4-17 years old. 

2026 Summer Info:

The Registration fee covers your swimmer’s Team Shirt, Team Swim Cap, insurance, and coach’s fees.

Registration fees are as follows:

• $140.00 for the first swimmer in a family
• $100.00 for each additional swimmer in a family 
• $70.00 for high school swim team members

Swimmers compete based on their age as of June 1st of the current year. If they have a birthday during the swim season, they will not change age groups.

Volunteering

It is required that each family signs up to volunteer for a minimum of three (3) volunteer positions. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL YOUR ASSIGNMENT YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR.

The Aquahawks Swim Team runs on volunteer power and the team depends on you, the parents, to participate. This team cannot be successful; indeed it could not even exist, if not for our parent volunteers. Please understand all parents want to watch their children swim! For this to happen, all parents needs to give a little time and do their part to keep swim meets running smoothly and correctly.

A representative for SwimFreak will be at practice on May 7 for a fitting.

Refund Schedule

Please consider the commitment made by joining the swim team. A partial refund will only be considered in the event of an injury preventing a swimmer to swim. Any other partial refunds will be at the board’s discretion.
